If the item you would like to order is a Pre-Order, please read the following:

"PRE-ORDER" item(s) are an effort to get you the Hottest and Newest Toys before they are all gone. We pre-book these item(s) in accordance to what has been Pre-Ordered. When placing an order for an item(s) that is listed as "PRE-ORDER" be sure you are willing to wait for the item(s) to arrive. Cancellation of a Pre-Ordered item(s) are subject to a 25% Re-Stock Fee.

If an item is marked as a pre-order your credit card will be processed for that item(s) to hold your item for you. Processing your preorder transaction immediately allows us to validate your preorder reservation. This helps us to reduce fraudulant transactions, while giving our honest customers the opportunity to preorder the items at lower prices that otherwise would have been reserved for the fraudulant user.

If your order contains in stock item(s) as well as a pre-order item(s), we will ship the in stock item(s), and the pre-order item(s) will automatically be put on a separate invoice to be shipped at a later date with an additional shipping charge.

When pre-order items come in you will be charged a shipping & handling fee according to our shipping rates. Your initial shipping rate will be adjusted so that it coordinates with the amount of your first shipment.

We will not split orders that include both pre-order item(s) and back-order item(s) if the in stock items total under $30. This is done in the best interest for our customers!
